Your goods pass through sorting hubs, get loaded alongside hundreds of other consignments, and arrive through a chain of handoffs that nobody owns. We built Heliolink around a different model. Point-to-point. Your shipment travels direct from collection to delivery, handled by our team, on our routes. Fewer touches, fewer delays, and someone to call who actually knows where your goods are.

We run daily routes across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, and London, with weekly shuttles to Glasgow and Edinburgh and regular coverage across Cumbria, the Lakes, Lancaster, and Cheshire. Our core services cover standard 24-hour and economy 48-hour pallet delivery, same-day collection within two hours, and fixed-route multidrop distribution for businesses running 10 or more regular drops. We also manage international air and sea freight with full customs clearance, and operate warehousing and order fulfilment from our Preston base. We handle ambient goods only — no refrigerated or chilled products — and work exclusively B2B. A vehicle with a tail lift can be requested at no extra charge.
